Line Manager PanelLabel and Message Customization

Hi,

We have received new requirement to view PanelLabel and Message based on the customized line manager role.

Example: If Line Manager Role Name is "ABCD Line Manger Custom" then they want to see the oracle delivered one.

If the Line Manager Role Name is "PVR Line Manager Custom" then it should be changed From "What's the way to change the location" To "Change Location Action".

Do we have EL expression possibilities to do this customization? If yes, please share the condition or do we have alternative to achieve this requirement?
