How to hide Resident Tax Address on Contact Info Redwood Page?

Summary:

We have a business requirement to have admin only access to Resident Tax Address to ensure accurate payroll processing. In the responsive pages, only our admin users can view and edit Resident Tax Address and employees cannot even see it. We achieved this via EL in Page Composer.

In Redwood, employees can both view and edit their Resident Tax Address. Is it possible to hide Resident Tax Address and/or disable the ability to edit without impacting access and view to other address types?
