How to hide Tax District on Contact Info Redwood Page?

Summary:

We have a business requirement to have admin only access to Tax District to ensure accurate payroll. In the responsive pages, only our admin users can view and edit Tax District. We achieved this via EL in Page Composer.

In Redwood, employees can both view and edit Tax District. When configuring business rules, we only see configurable options for Last Updated By and Date.

Is it possible to hide Tax District and/or disable the ability to edit without impacting the other address fields?
