Disciplinary Action Page

We are looking to have a page for storing disciplinary actions of an employee within Oracle Core HR/Talent or any module applicable.

HR specialist should be able to update/modify the new page and the managers should be able to access the page.

The disciplinary actions page should contain the following details:

1. Description of the incident (Discipline Type/Reason, reported date, description, employee's manager)

2.  Details of disciplinary (Disciplinary step, step resolution, action date, comments)

3.  Disciplinary action history.

4. Signatures of HR, Manager and employee.
