Not able to terminate employee after 24B

Hi, We are not able to terminate any employee after 24B upgrade in Redwood UI. After completing all steps in the Journey and clicking submit, the Submit button greys out but Employee is not terminated. Same thing is haenning with other actions also like Change Location, Change Assignment. We have not done any chnages to the pages.

Did anyone face this issue?
