Mass adjustment of an existing Seniority Date record

Summary:

We did Job consolidation during go live (back in 2022). As part of this job consolidation, we had loaded a Job change assignment change with effective date of 07/23/2022. This has created a Job Entry Seniority date with start date of 07/23/2022. Ideally this seniority date is invalid. I am trying to adjust the 07/23/2022 Job Entry to look back at when the actual old job had started.

To do this for all impacted employees, I am pushing HDL (provided Masked HDL below). Ending into error "You've provided a date-effective row that starts on 3/14/22 12:00 AM for an existing record that doesn't start until 7/23/22 12:00 AM"
