Position LOVs are not visible while trying to create Job Requisition Using Position

Summary:

Recruiter is trying to create Job Requisition using Position but the Position Dropdown is not displaying any LOVs. The Security Profile associated is View All Positions . The positions do exist in the exist but are not appearing in the List of Values. Our system has recently been refreshed (T2T) and since then the issue is occurring.
