Control Approval for changes done by Suppliers in Supplier Portal

This is to know the way to control the approval for changes done by Suppliers in Supplier Portal. At present whenever supplier made any changes in any field that route for approval. Is there any way to limit this and allow approval for changes in few relevant fields only. Supplier portal right now let's vendors change a lot of fields. In EBS they could only change certain fields. Client wants to get back to that point in Cloud too.

When a supplier logs into the supplier portal, they should have the right to change multiple things but not have to get all these fields approved. There should also be a few fields the supplier will need to get approvals for and last a few fields they cannot change at all. Below is the provided list as per the business requirement of what needs to be changed without approval, changed with approval and what needs to be enabled for no changes.
