Canada's Employment Equity Questionnaire (Legislative Requirement)

Hi Team,
I would like to ask for your thoughts if you have configured or added this legislative requirement of Canada to the system? It's like a set of questions in 1 file wherein the Employee can answer it or not. It used to be captured outside of Fusion HCM but now our client wants it in the system since it's hard to manage it given the # of employees.
Can we add it on Person > Extra information OR it would be best to add this as a Checklist?
