is there any equivalent to Burden Cost Code that can be used to drive SLA?

is there any equivalent to Burden Cost Code that can be used to drive SLA? I see Burden Cost Code is not an available option? Is there anything that will do the same?

We are burdening one expenditure type from OTL using multiple rates. Thus we need natural account to be driven by it's applicable burden cost code and not expenditure type as they all will have one expenditure type coming in from OTL.
