Approval Workflow Notification for Task Status of Complete EL Expression

Summary:

We have a use case where the Complete notification should only be for initiators that are 'ACTIVE'. We understand there is an option to select the recipient for the complete notification via additional assignee and provide an EL expression.

What would be the proper way to write the EL expression to identify the recipient as the task creator who is active.
