In BI Reports, folder Permission option is not accessible.

Summary:

Hi,
We are unable to access the folder permissions option in the dropdown.
The issue is happening in production environment only. Screenshots attached in the attachment.
This is happening for all users including super user.

Test environment:

In the dropdown of BI Reports folders, the permissions option is appearing.

Production environment:

In the dropdown of BI Reports folders, the permissions option is not appearing.
