Extra info tab is missing in job application for custom recruiter role

Summary:

Custom recruiter role unable to see the Extra info in the application where extra info is visible to admin. I have attached the screenshot for reference. I have checked the privilege (IRC_UPDATE_CANDIDATE_JOB_APPLICATION) and extra info is not hided via page composer too I have validated.
