Flow Ess job definition running long time.

Hi,

We have created a flow which will execute HCM Extract, While we ran the Flow it taking too long time, but separately if I run that Extract it is completing with in sec. In view flow i could see FLOW ESS JOB DEFINITION is running around 4hrs, kindly guide me why that FLOW ESS JOB DEFINITION is taking too much time.
