Edit promotion link from the notification is going into error

Steps to replicate:
Login as one of the HRBP > Go to My Client Groups > Click on promote from Showmore > Search a person > Fill the details > Submit it.
Login as TR Specialist > Click on the bell notification > Click on the notification to see all the details > Click on Claim > Scroll down to see the link which says “Edit Promotion”

Getting Error as "ERROR 404—Not Found
