Unable to search Nonworker [Not Managed By HR] records

Summary:

Hi all,

Attached is the Person Security Profile attached to one of our customised roles [a copy of Human Resource Specialist role].

While we're able to search [Contingent Worker] records, no [Not Managed By HR] appear is search results.

Please advise.
