Events and Interactions dashboard not showing

Summary:

When first logging into Touchpoints from the Me tab, the Events and Interactions dashboard is not showing even though there are other check-ins scheduled. Once a new check-in is scheduled, then the dashboard will show. Additionally, if the user clicks "schedule check-in", then cancels and goes back to the main Touchpoints page, the dashboard will show. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix for this so that it shows every time the user logs in?
