Agents staffed per interval report

We've got a workforce management group that uses Erlang C to forecast calls and needs to come up with something similar to what that accomplishes via a report that shows how many agents were logged in during each interval. I've looked at multiple tables but haven't found anything that definitively reports agent activity, even sitting there doing nothing while logged in, per interval.

Any idears?
