How to include Attachments in Requisition Approval notification in ORC?

Summary:

In 24B Recruiting, when user attached a file when creating a job requisition, the user that receives the notification for approval is not able to see the attachments in the notification even if the "Send task attachments with email notification" setting is enabled. In the SR created, Oracle recommended to enable the profile option HRC_TXN_ATTACHMENTS_2STEP_UPLOAD which is not specific to Recruiting. Enabling this will impact other modules such as Core HR. Oracle is not yet sure which other modules will be impacted. Is there another way or workaround to make this feature work without enabling the said profile option ?
