purge terminated employee Document of records based on the location.

We have requirement to purge terminated employee Document of records based on the location. We have checked for the Remove person information page but there is no option to select person numbers based on their State/Location. Also we have checked in Document type Archival settings. Could you please let me know if we can achieve this.
