BIP Report failing

Summary:

BIP report run by two different user's. For one its working fine, for another user, its failing.

BIP Report is created with Bursting. User 1 submits the report and works fine. In History, Bursting Definitions appears. But when 2nd user runs for same report, it fails and there is no Bursting Definition available in history of Report Job.
