Can we create Tile on external or company domain career site

Currently External Career website directs us to the ORC career site which shows a list of external jobs. Instead, if we create tiles on External career site basis Job functions and upon clicking on a particular function, can I see only those jobs from the ORC career site but extracted on External interface?
