How to prevent overlapping absences in Oracle Fusion Cloud

In Oracle Fusion Cloud 24B, when an admin tries to enter an absence that overlaps with the existing absence, the system allows to submit without throwing an error ?

Let's say, Sick leave (absence with Concurrency) was recorded first for an EE from 01/06/20204 to 08/06/2024 and now admin is trying to record another absence with Concurrency for the same EE on 05/06/2024. We expect the system to prevent the admin from doing so.

But instead, it shows a warning message "The absence overlaps with an absence on {DUP_DATES}. Do you want to continue? ( ANC-3405137 )" and allows us to proceed further and submit.
