How to Display Primary Flag on Employee Search

Hello everyone,

In our current setup, an employee can have multiple assignment active at a moment, while performing a transaction e.g. Change Assignment, user wants to display Primary Flag, along with Business TItle as well so that they can distinct between assignment (Screenshot attached). Could anyone guide on how to achieve this?
