HR Helpdesk: Need help in Groovy Expression

We need to configure notifications in HCM (notification bells): How You Personalize Your Notifications (oracle.com) including:
Response notification for employees: Notification sent to the employee (Primary Point of Contact) when an HR (Resource) responds to the SR via the web channel.
Response notification for HR: Notification sent to the HR assigned to the SR when an employee responds via the web channel.
Ticket Assignment Notification: Notification sent to HR when assigned to a ticket
Again, these notifications require coding in Groovy Script.
