Exporting merged profile history

Summary:

We are encountering an issue where, when profiles are merged, if there is a valid hire on the child profile (ApplicationState,Description = Hired) and it is merged into the desired parent it will update the CSWLatestDate and trigger a record being sent to PeopleSoft. That's the theory at least.

I want to create a TCC export to pull the profile history including the info under the old candidate ID so that we can see what was brought over. It is my understanding that those records are soft-deleted but are they still accessible to TCC?
