Unwanted Fields Displayed After Document Type Load

Dear Team,

We are in the process of automating the Document Types and routing them to the Document of Records through an extract.

After running the extract, the Cola Letter.pdf was successfully loaded into the Document of Records, as highlighted in green.

However, we have noticed that several unnecessary fields are appearing on the screen, highlighted in red, particularly under the Document Type section.

We have confirmed that no attributes are enabled under Document Type or Context Segment, yet the issue persists.

Please advise on how to remove these fields from the Document Type.
