Approval using Cost Centre Manager

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create PO approval using Cost Centre Manager but it gives me the following error.

As per the screenshot below there is a cost centre manager defined and I also attached the rule in the Manage Purchasing Document Approvals Task. Any setup I could be missing?
