Has anyone written a FF to identify if an external candidate is to receive a Welcome email upon accepting their Job Offer? I've checked the database items available for Recruiting Candidate Selection Process but these appear to be very limited when it comes to the actual Offer data fields.

I need to restrict the recipients to one business unit, exclude numerous primary work locations and exclude casual (zero normal hours). Plus, excluding candidates that have already accepted the offer where, due to an error, it's had to be redrafted and re-accepted.
