Bullet Points in BI Publisher in Offer Letter Templates

I have been asked to assist in creating a new version of an existing offer template. I am not the team member that uses and utilizes BI Publisher, but I want to ask the question before I move forward with a "Yes we can adjust this".

Are bullet points able to be utilized in offer template creation, using BI Publisher? Attached is a portion of what we are being asked to include in the template, and I want to make sure that is possible.
