Recruiting - Job requisition creation

Summary:

Hi

we are creating Job requisiton. When we enter a value in the job family field (content of the Requisition Structure section), why do I see all the roles in the role field (contained in the Offer Info section) and not only those linked to the job family chosen in the job requisition?

Do I need to activate an option profile?
