Does Project Driven Supply Chain in Cloud support Borrow Payback transactions ?

Summary:

We are about to implement Project driven Supply Chain. In Cloud I am seeing only Project transfers where you transfer inventory from Project A to Project B. In EBS there used to be Borrow-Payback in addition to Project transfers where if Project B has a shortage of material and borrows 10 of Item A from Project A, then when the PO of Project B is received, the receipt transaction is directed automatically to Project A.

Does Project Driven Supply Chain in Cloud support Borrow Payback transactions ?
