Navigation - BPM Worklist - Preferences - Certificates

Summary:

I want to set up Vacation rules under Navigation: BPM Worklist - Preferences - Other Rules.

But when I go to Preferences, it gets stuck to Certificates page. Clicking on Other Rules is not working.

Can someone help here.
