Exclude an HR user in is own AoR scope

Summary:

Hello,

We have a requirement where an HR user (for example an HRBP) should not edit and access to his own professional information under My Client Group.

The specificitie is that this HR manage a department where he's actually working, so he should access to every employees except him.

I was thinking about using an exclusion but I'm not sure about the criteria to select, because the HRBP role is global to the Enterprise, it is not local.

What should be the configuration for this ?
