Candidate with gmail address doesn't receive the "Confirm your identity" notification

Hi team,
we need to urgently fix the following issue:
The External Candidate with gmail address doesn't receive the "Confirm your identity" with the OTP code in order to start/complete the Job Application.
We waited for receiving this notification for more than 24 hours…I got the trigger is not working in this case…

How can we solve? Do you have any suggestion in order to fix it?
