Summary:

Is there a way to improve the search results under the Posting Location field(s) in ORC? See scenario below and advise:

  • If I am a Hiring Manager working for the CA Health Plan, I would likely want to add specific cities within California.
  • However, when I type "CA," no valid results are returned.
  • When I type "California," the results are inconsistent, showing both CA cities andcities from other states.

Is there a way to optimize this? HM's aren't selecting correct values during the req creation process and we are trying to close out this gap.
