Correct Hire date/start date

Hi,

We need to correct the employee record hire date.

That employee hire date 3/1/2001 present. Terminated date is 7/29/2024.

Now, we correct the hire date 07/01/1987.

We are facing an error, when we trying to change the date

"A person can have only 1 active primary work relationship. (PER-1530203)

You can't select this work relationship start date because assignments with invalid managers exist on the date. Correct the manager relationships to continue. (PER-1531838)"

Could check and help us.
