How to limit manager view of Redwood Family and Emergency Contacts page to only Emergency Contacts?

In the responsive page for My Team > Family and Emergency Contacts, we used an EL to limit the line manager's view to show only those contact listed as an Emergency Contact. In there a way to replicate this behavior on the Redwood page?
