Few profiles failed while performing Bulk printing

Hi,

We set the Maximum number of profiles to print is 90 and the file size limit to 10 MB.

We have selected 87 profiles and tried to print. We received an email where in it has the zip fil downloaded for 67 profiles and failed for 20 profiles.

And when checked the file size was less than 10 MB and there were few other profiles which might not exceed the limit of 10 MB after adding.

To check if there is any issue with the profile we just printed the profile individually and noticed that the profile printed and downloaded without any issues.

Could you please help us why it got failed for additional files which might not exceed the limit.
