Pick confirm skipped for Transfer Order generated from Min-max

I tried to generate transfer order from the min-max planning, the transfer order was generated successfully. I then perform the pick release for the transfer order. After pick release, the transfer order was automatically staged. Pick confirm is not required. The next step is already ship confirm

In the inventory organization parameters, I have already selected the "Pick confirmation required" option

In the pick wave release rule, the autoconfirm picks option was not

Is there anyway to mandate pick confirm for transfer order generated from min-max? Thanks.
