Job Offer: Actions Available Based on Employment Scenarios: Promote and Change Position

In the Recruiting Using Guide quick action "Promote and Change Position" is not listed. Though Change Position and Promote are listed.

Is it on the Roadmap to have "Promote and Change Position" as an available option when creating a job offer?
