Disable create from projects

Disable the 'Create from Project' button, for a specific business unit.

I need to disable 'Create from Project' button for a specific business unit at the same time the create from template needs to remain enabled.
Could not achieve this through role customization, as a single privilege grants access to both 'Create from Project' and 'Create from Template' buttons.
Could not achieve it using Sandbox, as there is no bind parameter for Business units (could only use bing parameter for project id).
