We have built a custom demographics extract that is currently being run Hourly.
One of the runs ended in completed with Alerts status with no error message, but 'Archive Information and Generate Report' process was in ERROR status with the message 'PAY_PAYPROC_UNKNOWN_ERR' in the logs.

The runs before and after this run completed successfully.

Additionally, Extract report output file was delivered to SFTP path as expected, but is not visible in HCM output.
There was no data pulled by this run's xml so we are led to believe that this is not a data issue.
