Error when Running Transform Data Post Upgrade

Summary:

I have enabled the Opt-in for the Responsive Self Service Procurement application but when I was trying to run the ESS Job Transform Data Post Upgrade, I got an error and the log says "Procure Goods and Services Using a Progressive Web Application Feature is not enabled". I did not have this issue in our non-PROD environments and we are migrating to PROD. Please advise.
