Offer presents old grade, although it has been updated

Summary:

Hello,

We've noticed that offers are not picking up the updated salary grade for the selected global job code if there were changes.

Steps to replicate:

1. Created requisition
2. Added candidate
3. Modified the grade associated with the GJC
4. Created draft offer using a start date in the future
5. When arriving at the assignment section we see the old Grade value

We've already raised an SR 3-38013307871 : Offer presents old grade, although it has been updated, however, they've recommended raising a question here as well in parallel.

On the SR we've learned so far that we only have a workaround - creating a new req with the right salary grade associated and there to proceed with the offer.
