Can't find orders and Procurement BU in "manage orders"

Hello,

I'm trying to use the "Manage Orders" feature to search for orders, but I'm encountering an issue. I can't perform the search because I don't have any available Procurement Business Unit (BU) to select from.

Could someone advise on what data access and roles I need to have to resolve this issue? Is there anything else I should check or configure?
