Prescreening Question in Hiring Events

Summary: I have configured a new prescreening question (Manually added by User) to use in Recruiting Booster Hiring Events. The question is active and I am able to add it to requisitions but it is not available to add to the Hiring Events. Is there anything special I need to do to make it available?

Note: I can see earlier created questions but not my new question. I also run the ESS Job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS > fa-hcm-irc-hiring-events job.
