Split position hiring
Summary:
We have a requirement to hire an employee into split positions from Oracle Recruiting Cloud. For example, a music teacher working in three different locations with 0.3 FTE at each location.
As per the requirement, the candidate will apply for only one job requisition. However, when they are hired, they need to be placed in multiple positions. Currently, when we hire the candidate into one position, their offer reflects a 0.3 FTE and a reduced salary, which is incorrect.
How can we handle hiring for split positions in Oracle Recruiting Cloud?
