Redwood: Harver integration for assessment is not initiating requests automatically

We have an integration with Harver for our assessments. We have configured the CSP to initiate the trigger at the 'New Applicant - To be Reviewed' phase/state. However, post enabling Redwood, we noticed that this request is not getting triggered automatically.

It is however getting triggered if the recruiters initiate the request manually.

Everything seems to be intact from a configuration stand point as the request could be initiated manually but not getting triggered automatically.
