Cant' select an option to another ICP

Summary:

Hello,

I'm creating multiple individual compensation plan, and I need to use the same payroll Element but for different plan.

For an unknown reason I can't select the element, already in a plan, to add id into another plan and this is blocking my setup.

I don't see in the oracle documentation that we can only chose one element for only on ICP.

Is there any solution for it ?
